Shipping destinations

We ship to destinations that are available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether we can ship your order and which methods are available. We do not offer local pickup or local delivery.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

For United Kingdom addresses, standard shipping is GBP £8 for orders below GBP £40 and free for orders of GBP £40 or more. Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 6–10 business days (7–12 business days in total).

For Canadian addresses, standard shipping is CAD $8 for orders below CAD $75 and free for orders of CAD $75 or more. The Canadian standard option currently shows an estimated 6–10 business days. For eligible destinations other than the United Kingdom and Canada, available carrier-calculated rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International rates are not the same as the Canadian standard rate. Review the shipping charge, taxes, duties, and final order total shown at checkout before placing your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; processing time, customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, and remote destinations may affect arrival.

Orders and tracking

We send an order confirmation after purchase. Where tracking is available, we provide it after shipment. Check your address before placing an order and contact us promptly if you notice an error. We may be unable to change an address after processing.

Delivery problems

If your package is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact velorashowers@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or fulfillment provider as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable consumer law.
